These terms are an agreement between you and AllGains Ltd ([LUCAS: confirm registered address and company number]) for your use of the AllGains app and website. By creating an account you agree to them. Our privacy policy explains how we handle your data.

Who can use AllGains

• You must be 13 or over [LUCAS: confirm minimum age].
• If you are under 18, your account has stricter default settings, and some features need a parent or guardian's consent.
• You must give us accurate details, including your real date of birth, and keep your sign-in secure. You are responsible for what happens on your account.

Using AllGains properly

You agree not to:

• harass, bully, threaten or discriminate against anyone;
• post anything illegal, sexual, violent or hateful, or anything involving a child that a parent or guardian has not consented to;
• upload video or photos of other people without the right to do so, or break your club's recording rules;
• log results you know to be false, or pass yourself off as someone else;
• try to break, overload, scrape or get unauthorised access to AllGains or other people's accounts.

You can report content or accounts from inside the app. We review reports and may remove content that breaks these terms.

Your content

You own what you post. You give AllGains Ltd a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to store, display and share it inside AllGains, to the audience your settings allow, so the app can work (for example, showing your session in your club's feed or on your Passport). The licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for copies other people have already shared within the app and verified team records, which stay with your name removed.

Not health or medical advice

Heart rate, training load, recovery and similar numbers in AllGains are training information only. They are not medical advice and are not a diagnosis. AllGains never clears anyone to play or return to play. Speak to a qualified professional about injuries, concussion or any health concern.

Clubs, coaches and guardians

Clubs set their own rules for membership, recording and verification. A coach can verify results for their team. A club admin confirms coach and guardian roles. AllGains is not responsible for how a club is run.

The service

AllGains is free to use. We work to keep it running and secure, but we cannot promise it will always be available or error-free, and we may change or remove features. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under consumer law or our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time from Settings. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts others at risk, and we will tell you why unless the law or someone's safety prevents it.

Changes to these terms

If we change these terms in a way that matters, we will tell you in the app before the change takes effect.

Law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction.
